Dr. Peterman graduated from James Madison University in 2014 with a BS in Biotechnology. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She is passionate about pain management, and preventive medicine. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys hiking, painting, reading, and taking her cat, Dart, on walks.
